I have been specializing in real estate in Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, West Shore neighborhoods, as well as the ski resort communities known as Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Northstar since 2003. I started my career as a real estate appraiser and began my transition into sales in 2007. My numerous years of appraisal practice have taught me many lessons that my clients appreciate greatly. I'm an analytical thinker and have vast experience seeing where the markets have been and where they are going. This allows me to help clients price their properties effectively and helps buyers get the best deal possible. My appraisal background also gives me great insight into the quality of homes, features that set homes apart from one another, and the ability to help my clients find the best opportunities possible. I am also fortunate to work for a company (Tahoe Riverfront Realty, Inc.) that is one of the oldest Brokerages in the Tahoe basin and gives me the ability to utilize their 30+ years of experience.
